After-sales service
EUROPAGENCE has been providing after-sales service for the products it sells for more than 15 years and strives to meet your expectations as fully as possible. The sales team, Lionel and Géraldine, are at your service 5 days a week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 12.30pm and 1.30pm to 7pm.
We are in constant contact with the manufacturers of the products we distribute, enabling us to troubleshoot your equipment. An initial diagnosis will be carried out by telephone on 09 80 80 06 86 or by e-mail contact@handicap-acces.fr with the sales team to identify the faulty parts.
Some of our product sheets offer an exploded view of our launching equipment for the disabled or PRM (People with Reduced Mobility). Don’t hesitate to refer to it when requesting spare parts.
For equipment sold by EUROPAGENCE and still under guarantee, these defective parts will be replaced free of charge.
For equipment which is no longer under guarantee or which has not been sold by EUROPAGENCE, the sales team undertakes to provide you with a quotation within 24 hours of identifying the defective parts.
We aim to dispatch these replacement parts within 1 to 3 weeks depending on stock availability. Older models may take longer.
